- Communications: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.

- Service providers acting on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider, our email service provider and our cookie consent provider.

- Enquiries and related correspondence: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless an ongoing business relationship or the law requires us to keep them longer.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tools we use (14 months for Google Analytics).

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
